Information You Choose to Send

When you submit an inquiry, financing follow-up request, trade-in form, service request, contact form, or appointment request, we receive the information you enter. That may include your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, preferred appointment time, and the message or request you send.

We use that information to respond, help with a vehicle or service request, route the lead to our team and DealerCenter, and maintain an operational record of the request. Lead delivery may use Resend for email and Supabase for durable server-side storage. Appointment requests may also be written to the dealership's shared Google Calendar.

Website Analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit, how they arrive, and how they use the site. The site uses Google Consent Mode and keeps Analytics cookie storage disabled until you choose Allow analytics. Advertising storage and ad-personalization signals remain disabled.

We do not send the names, phone numbers, email addresses, messages, or other lead-form entries you submit to Google Analytics. Google explains how it handles information from Analytics-enabled sites in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Separately, the Meta Pixel loads on public pages regardless of your Google Analytics choice. It records page views and a standard Lead event after this site accepts a lead request so we can measure advertising results. Meta may use cookies or other browser identifiers for that measurement. We do not send the names, phone numbers, email addresses, messages, vehicle details, or other lead-form values you submit in Meta Pixel events. Cookies and Browser Storage

The site stores your Google Analytics choice in your browser. It may also use a first-touch source cookie to remember how you found us, session storage to avoid repeatedly showing the lead prompt, and local browser storage to prefill contact information you previously entered on this device. Meta Pixel may store or read advertising-measurement identifiers. Browser-only profile information is not sent anywhere until you submit a form.

You can clear cookies and site storage through your browser settings. Choosing Disable analytics above removes Google Analytics cookies for this site; that control does not disable Meta Pixel.

Service Providers and Data Use

We share information only with systems used to operate, measure, advertise, and respond through the dealership website, including DealerCenter, Resend, Supabase, Google Workspace services, Google Analytics when allowed, and Meta for advertising measurement. A VIN entered for trade-in assistance may be sent through our server to the public NHTSA vPIC decoder. We do not sell personal information submitted through our lead forms.

We keep operational records only as long as reasonably needed for dealership follow-up, delivery auditing, security, and legal or business requirements. Access is limited to authorized dealership staff and server-side services.

Your Choices and Questions
